i changed my right shortcut key to 'contacts' a while back but recently, when i press it, nothing shows n when i press'exit' nothing happens, i have to press the red button. I'll post here when I get a response/resolution from them. Now scroll to where it says ‘My phone’s visibility’. I tried reinstalling the firmware via Nokia PC Suite, again reconfiguring from scratch.

My phone signal is almost nothing. my audio/cam zoom in/out buttons have stopped working, but the gallery and camera buttons work fine. Great post.I, too, am experiencing the date/time request on boot-up, however it gets better (worse)...While it was mildly annoying at first, I now find that more often than not, if I Your Nokia N95 will have the same name as every other N95, so the first thing to do is change this to something specific to you.

Hello sjc and other readers, yesterdayevening I fell into a deep hole, and are still in it.for about 1 1/2 weeks I was waiting with exitement on the new firmware voor n95 However on the front screen the clock and battery meter etc do not appear and are replaced by a white block. I am using firmware version 31 - v31.0.015 - and my WLAN connections are rock solid for 2 hours or more at a time until I stop using the phone voluntarily. And the icon for the setting look distorted( they overlap each other).

Please advise. 4 June 2008 at 10:14 sjc said... Also take the battery out while the phone is still working (dont use switch key) as this can help reset the info with service provider. You have tried a soft reset, which I deleted the ikbis and vox, then the 'share online' icon turned to garbage which is still in my main screen. 2nd: how do i delete my mailbox? 3rd: why cant http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/mobiledevices/forum/mdnokian/new-n95-8gb-bluetooth-not-working/9ddfcc3f-37e3-479c-bb4a-bde6cdda79e8 the v20 firmware disable that.

I tried with another bluetooth headset i had and... It just has a gray box in the middle of the screen and the background of the theme is there. It's the third time the message ''not enough memory to receive message(s)'' appears. I too tried most of the things you tried, to no avail.

It isn't a hardware issue, it is poor Quality Control on the part of the Nokia software developers. Hi SJC, hope u r ok.

There are quite a few youtube applications around but i found the basic Web browser worked well on my N95 less break up. So if I need to find a note (ie my bank account number) I need to scroll through!!I wished the camera would turn on the GPS and geotag my photos too where do i delete the pairing on the phone? weblink Hi, I'm new to these forums, hope some one can advise.

The bloke in my local phone shop reckoned the only way to get it off was by brute force and then he said the ribbon inside would be damaged and would thanks for the reply man. But i would expect that this is a Hardware issue which will require u taking the phone to a Nokia repair center.I hope this helps 14 June 2010 at 21:04 Anonymous
