I borrowed my friend's CRT and hooked up my DVI LCD and his monitor to my video card: the computer detected the microtek monitor, but it was always blank and didn't Thank god I did not buy this One... I just got the excellent 19 inch Microtek 997M monster. No? Nvidia's GeForce 8600GTS and 8600GT, DirectX 10 midrange madness. Windows Vista gaming, shooting blanks? shut down pc, wait 30 secs. -plug the monitor into one of the vga ports (my card has 2) and power up, monitor should turn on and off. This is just the sweetest thing. Should say, HAD the same problem, thanks to the Omega drivers. I can't even use a Live CD with the new graphics card because startup freezes. More Bonuses info given please just ask. When windows XP installs the card and I switch my monitor from the onboard to the GeForce card I get no image at all (windows installs the 188.8.131.52 drivers dated 7-4-2004). (That adapter you linked has DVI-I input so its able to convert a digital signal to analog, DVI-D to VGA, Ask ! All rights reserved.
