When I select a show to watch I get the XFINITY ON DEMAND logo and the three dots. Check your router to make sure all connections are correct and secure. I have gone through chat support a couple times now with a couple support tickets now open. Nothing worked.

I must say, their Hopper is a couple of generations ahead of the X1 in terms of it's usability. The only thing I can think of is that 1. I will have someone from our support team reach out to you. You have to hunt and peck and guess.

You can also press the MENU button on your remote, select Search & Browse, and then select On Demand. This problem never occurs on live tv or dvr usage.
